Pre-arrival Information

Free Airport Pickup
To assist you even more, AITT can arrange for a representative to greet you at the airport and drive you to your pre-arranged accommodation.
Please note that our airport pickup service must be arranged at least 10 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to your departure from your home country.

Orientation – Meet & Greet
Meet and Greet is an invaluable service to new arrivals embarking on their new life here in Australia. When you arrive in Melbourne to start your new life, our friendly team of staff are here to share their knowledge and experiences about adjusting your life here. Before the course start date, AITT organises an orientation day to introduce you to various aspects of student life. The AITT orientation presentation booklet will be discussed on the day in detail giving you the opportunity to ask questions. This session also offers the chance to explore the campus facilities, discover nearby facilities such as banks and transport hubs, and meet fellow students and staff.
Counselling Services
Student welfare is a top priority at AITT. Our counsellor offers confidential support services and can provide external referrals if needed. You are welcome to approach the counsellor for academic counselling, personal welfare assistance, or to resolve any grievances. You can book an appointment with the counsellor through one of our student services staff members at the front desk.
Student Activities
AITT organises a range of social events and regularly updates students of these events through email and social media. Joining these events is a wonderful way to meet new people, adjust to life in Melbourne, and explore the beautiful sights around Victoria.
